The Suite Studio Seaview is a large room with a double bed and a living area with a sòfa bed and a fold-away kitchenette corner which comes with oven, four gas rings, italian coffeemaker, washbasin, empty fridge, frezeer, kettle, toaster, tools and all equippement for light lunch/dinner.

Wi-fi, Safe, Indivual Airconditioning, TV, Hair dryer, bed linen, bath towels, amenities, clotheshorse.

The bedroom and living room are divided by a typical Sicilian handcraft and bookcase.

In order to make a reservation, a guarantee by credit card is required, as well as a deposit of 30% of the amount involved for the entire stay, as confirmation.

Check-in and Check-out:
Dear guest, please remember to communicate advanced all informations about approximate arrival/departure details it’s much appreciated as we have limited check-in and check-out access time to the apartment and to avoid extra costs for arrival out of our office scheduling time or under holidays date.

Cancellation policy:
– Any cancellations should be made in writing (by e-mail)
– In case of cancellation up to 20 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be debited. For cancellation from 19 days before arrival date your credit card will be debited a penalty of 70% of the entire stay.
– Just in case of no-show your credit card will be debited a penalty of 100% of the entire stay.

Deposit:
€ 100.00 to be paid on the spot in cash or by credit card, the deposit will be charged back after the regular return of the apartment.
